We have broken this section into the following:
Q1: What is the difference between a cart and a trailer? A1: A push cart, has no hitch to pull it with and a trailer does. Q2: What kind of health department standards will the equipment meet? A2: Your equipment will need to pass the health departments requirements. The county that the equipment will be operating in will determine the standards, but we will work with the departments 1 on 1. Q3: How can I get started owning my own equipment? A3: Phone us at (909)923-2555 and request a HOT-DOG Cart/Trailer Price List. Also, we sometimes have used equipment for sale. Q4: Does all REGAL's equipment operate off of propane? A4: No, some of the specialty equipment operates off of 115v AC. If you need a snowcone machine or an espresso machine, you will have the correct connections. Another option is DC. Q5: How long would it take to get my equipment after I place my order? A5: Lead time varies from 1 month to 3 months depending on how busy we are with our current customers' orders.
Q1: What is the difference between a cold-truck and a hot-truck? A1: A cold-truck has a cold-truck-box mounted on a 1-ton pick-up truck bed. A hot-truck is a 2-person operated vehicle. You cook inside of a hot-truck, and a cold-truck has a cold section and a warming oven, depending on the options you request. Q2: How can I get started owning my own equipment? A2: Phone us at (909)923-2555 and request a Catering Truck Price List. Also, we sometimes have used catering equipment for sale.
